I am an ITEC qualified Aromatherapist, and I offer bespoke Aromatherapy Blends made especially to meet your individual needs
Scent has the power to transform—not just your mood, but your entire state of being. My bespoke aromatherapy blends are intuitively blended to support your mind, body, and spirit, working from the inside out to bring balance, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
Each blend is tailored to your unique energy, helping to release stress, uplift your spirit, and nurture deep healing. This is more than fragrance—it’s a proactive approach to self-care, using nature’s essence to restore harmony within.
How will it Work?
I carry out an in-depth consultation which can be done over the phone, email or online on zoom
I work with you to establish your physical and emotional needs , we will discuss the products that will meet your needs and ones you would like to try, and then I devise a tailor made blend especially for you.
The blends are then sent out for you to use in the comfort of your own home. This means you are able to use the oils on a daily basis rather than having to keep booking appointments.
All Blends will arrive with a list the oils we have agreed upon and the best way for you to use the product (s). A short follow up call or email will be arranged to check in with you.
Benefits of Aromatherapy
Blends can be made to support the symptoms of menopause, pre menstrual/menstrual pain/discomfort, sleep, relaxation, asthma, digestive symptoms, anxiety, headaches, migraine and so much more.
Whilst essential oils can support you with your overall health and well-being and sense of wellness, it is not substitute for professional medical advice.

£25 which includes the consultation and two bespoke blends from the following choices:
Option Group One– Only one product and be chosen from this group- Body Butter, or Balm or a spray
Option Group Two- Only one product and be chosen from this group- Rollerball, Blend for diffuser or bath or bath salts
